The family of a 12-year-old boy with a brain injury are fighting to keep his life support switched on insisting that its too soon to turn. Archie Battersbees mother and father want to give Archie every chance at life after he was found unconscious with a ligature around his neck in what is believed to be a tragic accident in early 2022.

A judge today ruled a 12-year-old boys life-support should be switched. His mother Hollie Dance found him with a ligature over his head. The hospital wants the court to order a test to determine whether he is alive or dead.
The 12-year-doctors olds believe he is highly likely dead and that life support should be turned off. I find that Archie died at noon on 31 May 2022 which was shortly after the MRI scans taken that day.
